Nh Ciudad De Santiago Hotel

So glad we chose it, spent 2 excellent days here. The location was marvellous to San Antonio port and the staff here was fairly friendly and exceptionally nice. Moreover, it's short walk to old Santiago, Lastarria, downtown, and the supermarket...

It is a quiet and perfect property located in Providencia district short walk to metro station as well as Valparaiso for $ 200.000. The hotel has a great location in walking distance to the Bellavista area.

The hotel was upscale and clean, its location was magnificent in a nice area of provendcia, excellent service. Had an amazing breakfast, a silent room with an exceptionally good view of the surrounding mountains.

Their staff were not so friendly.

It has very pleasant personnel and newly renovated rooms with large bathrooms.

The room was exceptionally spacious with anteroom, and the breakfast buffet was very extensive, the staff helpful and friendly :-) We were completely satisfied.

Had only one night, very spacious room on the 12th floor, great view of the city, late check out at 16:00 was no problem at all

We felt comfortable and the staff was very friendly, the rooms clean and good.

The location had to be the best for us. We walk alot so the location made it very easy to wander around Santiago to see the sights/enjoy the views, people-watch, shop; all the stuff a tourist does especially since this is our first (not the last) trip to Chile and certainly, South America.

I honestly can't think of anything negative about our stay at NH CdeS...staff were very helpful, the room was fabulous-great value for $$$, the breakfasts at NH were terrific and we ate one evening in the hotel dining room; great food and service.

The rooms are large and spacious and very quiet- essential for a good nights sleep in santiago. Its nice to have the two rooms to relax and sleep in.

Rooms smells musty like old US motels and its obvious that everyone smokes in them even though I had a non smoking room.

Location was excellent. Small hotel (110 rooms), all suites.

Their site suggests they provide a free airport shuttle. Incorrect. They will arrange a shuttle for you at US$38. I partially blame myself though for misreading the offer.

In my wife's opinion, a better selection of children's activities would have been great.

Good location between Santiago Districts accessible on foot. Large rooms, very helpful staff and good transfer service from airport to Hotel. Good choice at Breakfast.

Wi-Fi internet was patchy and limited views from rooms. Did not use Pool or Gym which didn't really work in the basement.
